@Ed001 if you are about

With all the speculation surrounding Guardiola I thought of taking a look at the enemy and bring some life to this dead page perhaps?

So I did a lot of reading on many United and City forums and I found a peculiar agreement struck by City which makese confident that they will get Guardiola.

City and Girona signed an agreement apparently during august. The majority shareholder, none other than Pep' brother and agent Pere Guardiola who was heavily involved in the recent takeover. A couple of players which are nowhere near City's standards and never will be, were bought and indeed loaned to Girona.

Adding 2 and 2 I think City have pretty much sealed a Guardiola deal and oiled all the right gears. United, even if they are interested now

{Ed001's Note - out here in the UAE they are very sure of getting Pep, they felt it was all agreed for similar reasons. Personally though I think people are getting ahead of themselves and putting 2 and 2 together and ending up with 17. Pep, from those who know him, has not made a decision, but did reject City in the past as lacking the size and history he wants. He is very keen on managing in England though and choices are limited so nothing is certain.}

Very interesting managerial merry go round about to be going off ed and I for one am hoping pep guardiola arrives at old trafford wrapped in red as our christmas gift.

Seriously though if Pep hasn't made a decision and is interested in United and the suits let him go to city, I would really start calling up at Old Trafford to know what they have been smoking up there. Must be some pretty good stuff if that is the case. Pep going to City would raise their profile beyond belief. This has always been the end game they have been planning.

There are reports coming about squad unrest too at Old Trafford l, something which you gave me info about earlier this week, so thanks for getting that right!

{Ed001's Note - I think it strange that United have not thrown their hat in the ring too. Like I said on the United page though, they see Giggs as the future.}

Ed 001 if as you say on the united page don't see giggs as ready to take over otherwise LVG would have been gone already then surely logic would dictate that Pep would be the ideal manager for giggs to learn from. to be honest I just hope he comes to the premiership.

{Ed001's Note - I would say United would be crazy not to go for Pep, but I am not making the decision.}
